In Order To Maintain
The Highest Quality For Our Clients At Reasonable Rates , We
Have Implemented A Cancellation Policy.
I You Cancel Your
Reservation Before 90 Days , We Charge You 50 % For
Commissions And Expenses And We Will Give You Back 50% Of
You Deposit
If You Cancel Your
Reservation Within 90 Days Prior To Your Arrival , We Will
Keep 100% Of Your Deposit . As We Are Reserving A Jr Suite
In Your Name For This Period Of Time . We Have Numerous
Requests , That We Have To Refuse . These Months Are High
Season And Very Desirable We Are Booked, Because We Have
Reservations In Advance .
Trying To
Help You We Have 2 Options :
If We
Can Rent The Studio Assigned To You For The Same Period We
Keep It. We Will Refund Your Deposit Less 40% Charges For
Expenses, And Commissions.
If We
Rent The Unit Assigned To You For The Same Period We Keep It
And You Don’t Want Your Deposit Back, We Will Keep It The
80% For Further Reservation .
