50 yards from "Los Muertos Beach" close to everything,
you can easily walk to a huge variety of restaurants
and stores. enjoy the outside bars and restaurants
on olas altas, or stroll to the malecon and downtown
which is only one block away.
We have eigth Jr. Suites and six Studios available
which allows us to give you an excellent service
and make you feel right at home. |

King size bed or double single bed with linen and
maid service (twice a week, T.V.Cable .Wireless
Internet (lobby), kitchenette equipped
with stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, plates,
utensils, cups, coffee maker and other cooking
equipment. bathroom with shower and towel
service, chest of drawers and couch. |

The Highest Quality For Our Clients At Reasonable Rates , We
Have Implemented A Cancellation Policy.
I You Cancel Your
Reservation Before 90 Days , We Charge You 50 % For
Commissions And Expenses And We Will Give You Back 50% Of
You Deposit
If You Cancel Your
Reservation Within 90 Days Prior To Your Arrival , We Will
Keep 100% Of Your Deposit . As We Are Reserving A Jr Suite
In Your Name For This Period Of Time . We Have Numerous
Requests , That We Have To Refuse . These Months Are High
Season And Very Desirable We Are Booked, Because We Have
Reservations In Advance .
Trying To
Help You We Have 2 Options :
If We
Can Rent The Studio Assigned To You For The Same Period We
Keep It. We Will Refund Your Deposit Less 40% Charges For
Expenses, And Commissions.
If We
Rent The Unit Assigned To You For The Same Period We Keep It
And You Don’t Want Your Deposit Back, We Will Keep It The
80% For Further Reservation .
